Air France Cargo-KLM Cargo welcomed its first brand new freighter, the Boeing 777F in the Air France fleet at Paris - CDG. AF-KL Cargo is the first in the world to use the 777F in the cargo network. This aircraft, the largest and most capable twin-engine in the world, boasts the latest technology.

The Boeing 777 freighter is the cleanest aircraft in the fleet, with 18% less CO2 emission compared to a 747-400, thus matching the ambitions within the Air France-KLM Corporate Social Responsibility program.

The Boeing 777 freighter will support the Boeing 747-400ERF on their worldwide cargo network. The first freighter is scheduled to operate to Bahrain and Hong Kong. The next destination will be Chicago.

The arrival of the first Boeing 777 freighter is a key event for Air France Cargo-KLM Cargo.
