Over 200 members and friends participated in CONECT’s annual fall event which was held in an unusual location this year: Gillette Stadium, home of the New England Patriots. The Putnam Northeast Lounge was converted into a conference hall, where CONECT’s guest speakers and panels covered trade and transportation “hot button” issues. Tuned-in attendees asked numerous questions about CBP and FDA programs, Carrier alliances, WC labor issues and port congestion, and ramifications for EC ports and shippers.
