Following a market study and competitive process, American Honda Motor Co., Inc. selected JAXPORT and its automotive servicing companies, AMPORTS and WWL, to handle a major portion of its growing export volume. Honda's export sales from the U.S. are up significantly for this current fiscal year, with projections for robust growth in sales to continue.
WWL handles exports of the Odyssey, Crosstour, and Pilot models through Jacksonville, while AMPORTS services the 2- and 4-door Accords, as well as the new CR-V business.

Total Honda North American exports are projected to continue to increase in the next few years. Other local businesses taking part in the expansion of JAXPORT ‘s export business include Hoegh Autoliners, Trailer Bridge, Crowley Maritime, ACE Trucking, and CSX.
