BNSF Logistics has announced several promotions within the company’s senior management team. Dan Curtis, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer of US Domestic Operations & Technology; Robert Sutton, formerly Vice President of Domestic Operations, has been promoted to Senior Vice President of US Domestic & International Project/Rail Services; and Pete Dutton, formerly Director of Integration, has been promoted to Vice President of Technology Services.  “Dan, Robert and Pete have made significant contributions to BNSF Logistics and their dedication and talents have been critical to developing our domestic and international logistics services portfolio with uncompromising integrity and standards,” said Ray Greer, President. “The ability to fill these key positions by promoting current staff speaks to the bench strength within the BNSF Logistics’ organization as well as our commitment to providing opportunities for professional growth to our employees.”  Curtis served as the Chief Financial Officer of BNSF Logistics for three years before assuming the senior operations role. Prior to BNSFL, he previously held senior financial leadership positions with Greatwide Logistics Services as well as key positions at Hicks, Muse, Tate & Furst and Ernst & Young.  Sutton, a 20-year industry veteran, joined BNSF Logistics in 2003 with a focus on operations management as well as the development and deployment of multi-modal solutions. Since then he has served in several senior operations management roles. Prior to joining BNSFL he previously held key positions with J.B. Hunt Logistics and Transplace.  Dutton joined BNSF Logistics in 2011 as the Director of Integration. He previously served in Senior Engineering and IT positions at both Greatwide Logistics Services and UPS Supply Chain Solutions.
