Callinex Acquires New Mineral Property in Manitoba

Callinex Mines Inc. (TSX.V:CNX) (OTCQX :CLLXF) has acquired a combined 26,800 hectares of mineral claims and mineral exploration licenses (MEL) in Northern Manitoba near Thompson. The land package was acquired by way of staking. The company has applied for, and expects to be awarded, an additional 17,500 hectares of adjacent MELs. The company recently undertook an airborne VTEM survey of the property, consisting of 1,850 line kilometres. Several areas of conductivity have been identified from analysis of the airborne survey. The company is in receipt of a work permit for the property and intends to drill test VTEM targets. Callinex’s mandate remains to create value through the discovery of new mineral deposits in Northern Manitoba.
