The CMA CGM Group has announced the signature of logistics memorandum of agreements with Multiparques Group, represented by its General Manager Leonel Pinto, on December 18th 2014 in Paris, and in the presence of the French and Angola Foreign Affairs Ministers, Laurent Fabius and George Rebelo Pinto Chicoti. WesPac Midstream LLC (WesPac) and Pivotal LNG, Inc. (Pivotal LNG), a wholly owned subsidiary of AGL Resources Inc., have announced they signed a long-term agreement with TOTE, Inc. (TOTE) to provide liquefied natural gas (LNG) to fuel TOTE’s two new state-of-the-art containerships.   Read More »

Federal mediator arriving to join U.S. West Coast ports talks

Navios Maritime Partners announces acquisition of 13,100 TEU container vessel

Navios Maritime Partners L.P. ("Navios Partners") an international owner and operator of drybulk and container vessels, announced today that it has agreed to acquire the MSC Cristina, a 2011 South Korean-built container vessel of 13,100 TEU for $147.8 million. The vessel is expected to be delivered to Navios Partners' owned fleet by the end of February 2015.

Evergreen Naming Ceremony for EVER LUNAR

Evergreen Group held the naming ceremony for EVER LUNAR today, the seventh of its L-type vessels to be built by CSBC Corporation in Taiwan. The ceremony, which was officiated by Ms. Lee-Ching Ko, Second Vice Group Chairman of Evergreen Group, took place at CSBC's Kaohsiung shipyard.
