Details of the agreement with the Teamsters Canada Rail Conference/Rail Canada Traffic Controllers (TCRC/RCTC) are being withheld pending ratification by the union membership. The ratification process is expected to take approximately six weeks. If approved by union members, the new TCRC/RCTC agreement would be retroactive to Jan. 1, 2009.

CN announced that it has reached a tentative three-year labor agreement with the union representing approximately 200 rail traffic controllers across Canada.
