Colombia suspends coal exports of U.S. miner Drummond

Colombia’s government said on Wednesday it suspended loading of coal by its second-biggest coal miner, U.S.-based Drummond, until it complies with new regulations governing movement of coal at the ports, a measure likely to slash shipments from the world’s No. 4 coal exporting country by a third.
