Relocations, a worldwide leader of global mobility, domestic and international transportation of household goods, including departure and destination services, has made a strategic investment in building a state-of-the-art warehouse facility in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.

Crown Mongolia's new warehousing facility is currently under construction and on target for completion of Phase 1 in October 2011. The warehouse project is built on the 10,000 square meter, or about 107,639 square foot, land plot owned by Crown. Crown will offer household goods, logistics and records management services from this facility. It is an industry leader of its kind in Mongolia, being the first international standard warehouse in the country. The facility will have 24-hour security, CCTV cameras and is fully equipped with fire detection and sprinkler systems. Crown will also implement environmentally friendly features to the facility such as carbon offset, rainfall collection/recycling systems and solar panels. There is an additional 6,500 square meters (86,111 square feet) plot of land that is reserved for Phase 2 of the warehouse facility project, securing Crown land for future expansion to a larger facility.

With the shortage of such quality, safe and secure warehousing in Ulaanbaatar, the new Crown facility will take a pioneering position in the Mongolian market and show Crown's commitment to the country and community with this long term investment in this emerging country.

'Crown's investment will take the lead in our industry with this development and show our commitment to expanding and providing facilities and services wherever our customers may need us', stated James E Thompson III, deputy managing director, Mainland China.

This project is currently running on schedule and is to be completed by October of this year.
