USL announces weekly Australia/New Zealand service
US Lines (USL) announced that its service from Los Angeles to Tauranga, Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane will become weekly effective Thursday, October 5, 2006 with the sailing of Falcon 1, Voyage 607.The new service commenced with the departure of Falcon 1, Voyage 603, on August 10, followed by the Eagle 2 and the Kookaburra 1. ‘All vessels have either arrived or are scheduled to arrive in both New Zealand and Australia on time. We are committed to the trade and to providing a punctual fixed-day, weekly service that our customers can depend upon’, said Ed Aldridge, USL’s President & CEO.
USL’s fixed-day, weekly service is comprised of the following vessels: Falcon 1, Eagle 2, Kookaburra 1, USL Kiwi, USL Hawk, USL Condor, USL Kea, and the USL Phoenix.
