IANA-NITL forge new partnership with E.J. Krause & Associates
Krause to manage IANA Intermodal Expo and NITL TransComp Shows Starting in 2005The Intermodal Association of North America (IANA) and The National Industrial Transportation League (NITL) are pleased to announce their new partnership with Bethesda, MD-based E.J. Krause & Associates, Inc. (EJK), a worldwide leader in exhibition and conference management. IANA and NITL have engaged the services of EJK to manage their co-located Intermodal Expo and TransComp shows, beginning with this year’s shows to be held November 12-15 at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, CA.
TransComp and Intermodal Expo will remain NITL and IANA sponsored events, under the complete control of both associations; EJK will manage both shows and handle the marketing of exhibit space, under the direction of the associations. In a joint statement, IANA President, Joni Casey, and NITL President, John Ficker, said, “We chose Krause because of their outstanding reputation and for the professional resources that will be committed to our events. Our valued, long-standing exhibitors deserve the best customer service possible and we want to ensure them that that’s exactly what they will continue to receive. Additionally, Krause’s significant international presence also was a factor in our decision ’ we plan on strategizing with them to increase international participation at the shows.”
