Con-way Multimodal signs new lease for 9,821 square feet at Hall Office Park
Mark Depker, president of Hall Financial Group’s management division, has announced that Con-way Multimodal, the freight brokerage division of Con-way Inc.‘s operating unit Menlo Worldwide Logistics, has signed a new lease for 9,821 square feet at 2611 Internet Boulevard in the award-winning Hall Office Park development in Frisco, Texas. The transaction includes a 3,240-square-foot expansion and an extension for the 6,581-square-foot current lease.
“As we expand our operational capacity at Con-way Multimodal, it is imperative that our physical presence reflects our growing needs,” said Tommy Barnes, president, Con-way Multimodal. “In addition to accommodating our space requirements, the relationship we have with Hall Financial Group made our decision to stay and expand in Frisco and Hall Office Park an easy one.”
“We congratulate Con-way Multimodal on this expansion and their 50 percent growth here at Hall Office Park,” said Depker. “Our original goal when designing the park was to create an environment with amenities and services that would contribute to the bottom line success of our tenants. With the growth of Con-way and others as evidence, we’d like to say what we’re doing is working.”
The Hall Office Park leasing team including Kim Butler, director of leasing; Tammy Nellis, leasing associate; and Brad Gibson, leasing associate; handled negotiations on behalf of the owner and landlord, Hall Financial Group.
Built in 2001, 2611 Internet Boulevard is a two-story office building totaling 120,000 square feet. Double glass entry doors open into a spacious two-story lobby with floor-to-ceiling glass and granite tile floors. Like all buildings at Hall Office Park, 2611 Internet Boulevard features artwork by international artists.
