European distributor group joins Network
Network Services Company, an organization of independent distributors, has announced that INPACS, a similar organization serving 19 European countries, has become a member of Network.‘We formed a strategic alliance with INPACS in May of last year,’ says R. James Alexy, CEO and President of Network. ‘Membership was a logical next step to solidify a relationship that has shown value and promise to both groups. We are combining our strengths to better serve our current and future customers and suppliers, especially those with an international presence.’
Network now has total revenues of $12 billion and more than 550 locations. Its members are wholesale distributors that supply janitorial supplies, foodservice disposables, industrial packaging products and printing products and supplies, primarily to foodservice, building service contractor, healthcare, industrial janitorial, industrial packaging and printing markets.
INPACS consists of six groups, based in France, Germany, Italy, Norway/Sweden, Spain, and the United Kingdom. Each group consists of multiple privately owned member-distributors.
