Leading food and beverage flavor manufacturer prepares for international growthDHL announced a new agreement with WILD Flavors, the largest privately held manufacturer of flavorings and ingredients for beverages and food products, to serve as the company’s primary express and ground parcel shipping provider. Under the new two-year agreement, DHL will provide domestic express air and ground services, International Express import and export, as well as air and ocean import, export freight and customs house brokerage as WILD Flavors continues to expand into international markets.
WILD Flavors ships its liquid, powder and manufactured flavorings for use in consumer products to food and beverage manufacturing plants in North America, Mexico, and worldwide from its distribution center in Erlanger, Kentucky. As our company continues to grow and provide services to global customers who are opening manufacturing facilities and distribution on multiple continents, we will be expanding our partnership with DHL for their import-export expertise and superior global capabilities,’ continued Kennedy.
WILD Flavors will now outsource its entire shipment processing to DHL and leverage the company’s expertise to manage all elements of its international shipping process, including overseeing the proper assignment of tariff classifications to ensure a smooth clearance process.
