ICAT Logistics announces launch of robust new software program, CATS 2.0
ICAT Logistics, Inc.(ICAT), a leading agency-based freight forwarder in the U.S., announces today the launch of its new, customized software product, called CATS 2.0. Developed by CSA Software, one of the fastest growing software companies in the transportation / logistics software industry, the launch represents the achievement of a key company goal over 2012, following several months of rigorous, proactive training to get all team members up-to-speed with the new tools and functions the software will enable.
ICAT”s new CATS 2.0 program will provide ICAT’s internal team and extensive network of agency partners with a robust, user-friendly, and web-based program that will enable increased overall efficiency through remote access availability as well as continue to advance the company’s evolving growth trajectory and lead generation objectives. In addition to the added productivity and efficiency the new CATS 2.0 program will provide through its array of new functionalities, it is also internationally-friendly, in alignment with ICAT’s goal to continue the expansion of its global footprint in the months and years ahead.
In the months leading up to the launch, ICAT has been heavily focused on initiating thorough training sessions for employees and agency partners, by phone, online help desk, and in webinar forums.
