Boeing has said the first delivery of the long-delayed 787 Dreamliner is scheduled for the third quarter of this year, shrugging off concerns after a November electrical fire on a test flight threw the timing into doubt.
The revised timeline came after Korean Air held talks with the U.S. aircraft company on the delivery schedule for the long-awaited Dreamliner.
The world's top freight carrier among commercial airlines will also spend 719.3 billion won ($634.6 million) to buy two Boeingcargo planes, the company added. (Reuters)
