​LAN CARGO launches shipment tracker app for customers

In order to anticipate the needs of customers and simplify their experience, LAN CARGO launches a new smartphone application that will allow all the airline’s customers to monitor the status of their shipments with their mobile phone, 24 hours a day, from any location.
LAN CARGO mobile is the name of the new application specifically designed to facilitate real-time information from anywhere with direct access through a cell phone. To use this new service, the user will only be required to download the LAN CARGO app on a smartphone and enter the air waybill number.

This new tool shows the status and route history of each shipment. It also has an overview of the company and a listing of office locations worldwide.
