Long Beach, California - Moffatt & Nichol welcomes Mr. Randy Paulson as Chief Marketing Officer. With revenues of $134 million in 2014 and more than 600 staff in nearly 30 offices worldwide, Moffatt & Nichol is a leading provider of engineering and environmental consulting services. A 20-year veteran of the A/E/C industry, Mr. Paulson joins Moffatt & Nichol from URS (now AECOM), where he led a cross-functional marketing team for domestic and international pursuits. He also oversaw marketing initiatives in Southern California and was instrumental in establishing, repositioning, and growing several market sectors in the Los Angeles basin. Earlier in his career, Mr. Paulson spent 10 years securing profitable work for Walker Parking Consultants, culminating in the role of Business Development Director. He also served as Regional Marketing Manager at David Evans and Associates where he led capture planning for key pursuits and helped implement strategies to identify growth markets. An accomplished marketing strategist, Mr. Paulson has developed and implemented integrated marketing and communications programs that drive positive results.
