Purolator International has announced the promotion of Chrissy Verran to the position of Corporate Manager, Customer Experience.  In her new role, Verran will lead Purolator International’s Client Relationship team, engaging customers and working to uphold Purolator International’s commitment to customer satisfaction.  She will report to Sean Kelly, Vice President, Field Sales & Services. Verran joined Purolator International in 2000, serving most recently as Strategic Account Executive responsible for sales and business development of the company’s largest accounts in the Northeast.   “We are pleased to have Chrissy Verran as a member of the Field Sales & Services team and congratulate her on this latest milestone in her career with Purolator,” said Sean Kelly.   “Chrissy brings first-hand knowledge of the customer experience to her new role and will be instrumental in helping us continuously improve our processes and procedures to enhance every day interactions with our customers.”  Verran will oversee a team of 30 Client Relationship Representatives (CRRs) whose responsibilities include analyzing customer feedback and developing action plans to regularly improve the customer experience with new and/or enhanced service offerings.  Verran will be based in Purolator International’s Boston region.    “I look forward to working with the Customer Experience team,” said Verran.  “I have been with Purolator International for more than 13 years and feel privileged to work with a company that is focused on providing each customer with consistently superior service, along with the personalized attention that defines Purolator.” Verran is a repeat merit award winner for outstanding sales achievement, as well as a member of the Purolator International President’s Club and Leaders Club.  She is a member of the Customer Experience Professionals Association and the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals.  A Westport, Mass. resident, Verran enjoys spending time with her husband, Koby, and is a local fundraiser for her community animal shelters.
