INTTRA, the leading provider of e-commerce solutions for the ocean freight industry, announced that Seago Line has joined its carrier network. By working with INTTRA, Seago Line's shipper customers will have a faster, easier and more efficient way to process ocean shipments.

Effective April 2011, Seago Line, an independent business unit of the A.P. Moller - Maersk Group, became the sole intra-European carrier for all Maersk Line and Safmarine shipments in this region. With the addition of INTTRA e-commerce, Seago will deliver easy-to-access and seamless connectivity for its global shipper customers.

"Throughout the industry, INTTRA is known for the efficiencies its e-commerce tools bring to the global ocean shipping industry," said Pernille Dahlgaard, customer service director at Seago Line. "Many of our customers mentioned the time and cost savings from using INTTRA. Connecting with INTTRA was the logical next step to providing our customers with the e-commerce tools they need to succeed."

"We welcome Seago Line to INTTRA's multi-carrier network and know they'll benefit from a more streamlined and faster document flow, increased visibility to their cargo, and more complete and higher quality data. INTTRA is committed to providing e-tools that improve performance, decision making and industry collaboration," said Ken Bloom, CEO at INTTRA.
