SP Express, a leading national third party provider of logistics and order fulfillment services, has announced a new partnership with management advisory and investment firm, Cadre Partners. The private equity investment from Cadre Partners will fund the continued expansion of SP Express' distribution center network and coverage within the United States, and will allow the company to move into International markets including the European Union and Canada. SP Express will also use a portion of the proceeds to further build and enhance its marketing and agency service offerings. To support the expansion, Marc Sandroff of Cadre Partners has joined the SP Express board of directors. Sandroff brings over 30 years experience partnering with entrepreneurial companies to drive extraordinary growth. He has founded several successful organizations as well as invested in and served on the Boards of Directors of over 40 companies. Currently, SP Express operates five distribution centers within the United States with facilities located in Los Angeles, Phoenix, Dallas, and Forest, Virginia. The company offers clients 2-day or less ground shipping covering substantially all delivery points in the continental U.S., a national distribution network that is highly competitive.
