Stirling Capital Investments announced it has secured a 25,146-square-foot lease with Pacific Aviation Group at Southern California Logistics Centre (SCLC), a 2,500-acre commercial and industrial complex in Victorville, CA. Pacific Aviation Group, a leader in the aviation sales and distribution marketplace, plans to commence operations on October 15, 2009.

Pacific Aviation Group's new corporate headquarters will be located at 18499 Phantom, Suite 17, within the newly constructed Global Access Business Centre, that consists of two Class A multi-tenant industrial buildings totaling 223,773 square feet. Pacific Aviation Group joins existing tenants at Global Access Business Centre including Fastenal Company, Prego, Inc., PTL Electric, Product Systems, Stoody Industrial and Welding Supplies, Wal-Mart, World of Leisure and America West Aero Systems.

Southern California Logistics Centre is master-planned for 60 million square feet of commercial and industrial development and is in the early stage of delivering the 6.5 million-square-foot first phase. Approximately two million square feet has been constructed to date. There is an onsite leasing office located at 18499 Phantom, Suite 12.
