Summit Logistics International ('Summit') announced that they have entered into a service agreement with Kaitong Logistics Company, Ltd., ('Kaitong') to provide seamless feeder services within the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River Delta region.

This agreement opens up new lanes and services for Summit as they will now be able to offer customers faster transit times and more reliable connections from origins such as Hefei, Wuhu, Zhenjiang, Yangzhou, Taizhou, Zhangjiagang, Nantong, Taicang, and Suzhou. Kaitong services these ports with a network of six feeder services per week along the Yangtze River with capacity of up to 250 TEU per vessel.

In addition to operating transportation feeders, Kaitong also offers warehousing and distribution services, and is a ranked as one of the Top 100 of Freight Forwarders and Customs House Brokers in China.
