TICO Canada Intermodal Equipment Solutions, Inc. -- a provider of flexible, efficient terminal and Intermodal equipment, systems and solutions -- announced the appointment of Dominic J. Taddeo as Chairman of the Board.

Mr. Taddeo has more than 36 years experience in the shipping and maritime industry. Prior to joining the Board of TICO Canada, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of the Montreal Port Authority, a position he held for 23 years before his retirement in the fall of 2007. Mr. Taddeo is a very active promoter of the shipping and maritime industry in Canada and abroad, and has served as Chairman of the Board of the Association of Canadian Port Authorities (1982-1983 and 2006-2007), the American Association of Port Authorities (1989-1990), and the International Association of Ports and Harbors (1999-2001).
