Russian pipeline monopoly Transneft is gradually resuming oil loadings at Russian ports after a suspension due to bad weather, Interfax news agency quoted a company spokesman as saying on Tuesday. Transneft said on Monday it had suspended oil loadings via all Russian ports except for Makhachkala due to bad weather conditions. The spokesman said oil exports from the Baltic Sea port of Primorsk resumed late on Monday and that the situation at neighbouring Ust-Luga was “operational”. Loadings at the Pacific Port of Kozmino were continuing according to schedule, Interfax reported. Transneft expects to resume loading at the Black Sea’s Novorossiisk port later on Tuesday.
