Triton Overseas Transport, an industry-leading non-vessel owning common carrier (NVOCC) and international freight service provider, today announces the promotion of Vicki Matthews to the position of office manager.  In her new role, Matthews will further Triton’s commitment to unparalleled customer service and tailored transportation solutions as she maintains Triton’s office procedures and organizes operations to ensure optimal efficiency. Previously a customer service representative at Triton, Matthews will utilize her new position to assist in the recruiting and hiring process at Triton and also provide pertinent training to the company’s growing staff.   Haz-mat certified with Automated Export Sytstem (AES) training, Matthews will act as an intermediary between Triton’s international customer base and its upper management, and provide day-to-day assistance to CEO William Onorato. “Time and again, Vicki has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to the Triton customer.  She provides responsive customer service and exhibits the personal and professional skills necessary to lead a team.  I am excited to promote her to Triton’s office manager and am confident she will oversee operations in an effective manner,” commented William Onorato.
