To qualify for the award, the carrier must have shipped 500 loads of sugar and received no more than five customer complaints within 12 months. Con-way Truckload shipped 528 loads and received one complaint. Con-way Truckload currently ships out of United Sugars’ facilities in Florida, North Dakota, Minnesota and Montana. The award was presented at United Sugars’ recent carrier conference in Fargo, N.D.
