U.S.-based UTC Overseas, and Saudi Arabia’s Almajdouie Logistics Company have formed an exclusive agency joint-venture agreement based on the firms’ already successful record of cooperative activities in the global project logistics field.  Senior representatives of the two firms, including Brian Posthumus, President and CEO of UTC and S.I. Mustafa – CEO of Almajdouie Logistics and other executives, met recently in Saudi Arabia to formalize the agreement and celebrate its signing.
Almajdouie has earned worldwide respect for its professional handling of some of the world’s major logistics projects in energy, power distribution, oil and gas, and infrastructure.  It recently handled the successful movement of a nearly 5,000-ton component of the Ras Al Khair desalination plant in Saudi Arabia – recognized by a Guinness World Record as The Heaviest Item Moved by Road Freight.
