LS Cargo Logistics GmbH, Ratingen/ Germany and Albacor Shipping, Inc., Canada, both members of the World Wide Project Consortium (WWPC), arranged the road transport of nine convection banks each about 12 meters long, 7.40 meters wide and up to five meters high, weighing each up to 120,000 kgs, from Houston, TX to 'Alberta, Canada.

Due to the construction of the modules, they had to be shipped upright in the ocean vessel with a height of 12 meters.

However, for the 3,500 km road transportation, they needed to be turned and laid down reducing the height to up to five meters.

The transit time from Houston, TX to 'Alberta was up to eight weeks due to the extreme width, height and weight of some of the pieces. Various utility service trucks as well as private and police escorts were needed along the route to support the transportation of the giant modules.
