AIM North America announced the election of three new Directors to its Board. The new directors are Michael Colwell,Vice President of Systems Marketing for Intermec Technologies Corp., Michelle Kabele, Channel Marketing Manager of Zebra Technologies, and David Stewart, President CEO, AMTSystems, Inc. They will fill the positions of outgoing board members Doug Bourque, Texas Instruments, Cindy Lieberman, Zebra Technologies, and Scott Medford, Intermec Technologies Corp. The new Directors will each serve a two-year term commencing May 2005. “Each of these industry leaders brings a unique skill set to the Board of Directors. Their perspectives and experience will be very beneficial in helping to grow the AIM North America chapter,” stated Tee Migliori, Chairman of AIM North America, and President of ADC Technologies Group. Air Cargo Partners Worldwide (ACP Worldwide), one of the world’s leading airline management companies, has extended their team by recruiting two new Sales Development Managers. James Gidlow and Scott Warne join the team bringing with them a wealth of experience in the industry. James, brings six years of experience within the industry combining three year’s experience with airline related work and three with a GSA, he is to focus on Worldwide Business Development. Scott joins the team as Sales Development Manager for the UK, with responsibility for maintaining and developing key airline accounts. Scott started his airfreight career working with freight agents before moving to ACP in 1996, he continued with ACP LHR until 2001 and then transferred to ACP Sydney for six months. Scott returned to the UK and worked with Polar Air Cargo for two years before re-joining ACP Worldwide. He is being promoted from National Account Pricing Analyst. Hower holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from The Pennsylvania State University. John Fogel has also been promoted to Manager of Pricing at the company’s Atlanta Corporate Office. Fogel will focus on managing the company’s National Account Pricing efforts. Fogel has more than six years experience in the pricing department during his career with Saia as well as previous transportation pricing experience. He is being promoted from National Account Pricing Analyst. Fogel holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Finance from Bowling Green State University.
