On October 5th, Aeronet Worldwide held a grand opening for its newest station, in beautiful San Diego (SAN), California. The elegant new facility, located at 3517 Camino del Rio South, resides nearby the 8 Freeway, across from Qualcomm Stadium, where it overlooks a gorgeous view of San Diego’s hilly valley. The SAN station had been in the works for months now, and the opening of its doors was cause for celebration. Aeronet invited a number of guests, including both existing and prospective clients and partners, as well as some of their newest neighbors. Food for the event was provided by Phil’s BBQ, voted ‘Best BBQ in San Diego’ by Trip Advisor. Representing Aeronet were SAN Associates Jeff Dauz, Director of Business Development & General Manager; Stephen Newlands, Business Development Manager; Tracy Virgin, International Department Manager; and Adrian Sepulveda, Domestic Operation. Kevin Mautino, Director of Marketing & Product Development, was there as well, representing Aeronet’s Irvine, California corporate office. Also in attendance was Anthony N. Pereira, Chairman & CEO of Aeronet, who had the opportunity to share with guests the origin of the company, which he started over 30 years ago as a one-man, one-truck operation. Through a series of innovations and a commitment to core corporate values, Aeronet has become a leader in logistics solutions, with offices, agents, and associates in all 50 states across the country, and a presence in every country throughout the world.
