Air Vanuatu appoints ACP Worldwide

Global Airline management company, ACP Worldwide has been appointed as the exclusive cargo general sales agent for Air Vanuatu in Australia and New Zealand. With effect from July 1st 2017, the leading independent airline management organization in the Australia and New Zealand region will provide resources to cover all sales, marketing, reservations, customer service and import functions for the national flag carrier of the Pacific Island nation of Vanuatu based in Port Vila.

Air Vanuatu operates an invaluable freight link around the islands of Vanuatu and between: Australia, New Zealand, New Caledonia and Fiji.

Air Vanuatu have been managing their own cargo sales representation in the region for the past few years and have high expectations of ACP Worldwide with the aim of enhancing their distribution and sales activity throughout the territory.

The ACP team will be tasked with delivering valuable revenue growth for Air Vanuatu, exploiting its position as the carrier of choice for Australian and New Zealand forwarders and exporters to the South Pacific.

Air Vanuatu offers online capacity on its 737-800 passenger services that operate 5 times per week ex Sydney in addition to 3 flights per week from Brisbane to Port Vila, one of which operates via Espiritu Santo in northern Vanuatu. Forwarders in New Zealand are also able to access cargo capacity on 3 weekly flights ex Auckland direct to Port Vila.
