La Cañada Flintridge Calif. - To commemorate Allen Lund Company's 40 years in business, employees were encouraged to take part in 40 Acts of Kindness in community service projects throughout the year of 2016.  Closing out the year, ALC surpassed their goal with 71 different Acts of Kindness completed by their nationwide offices. The endeavors amounted to raising over $167,000 and completing 5,853 community service hours with the commitment of 553 people. The community service events were launched at ALC's annual managers meeting with TeamBonding, a bike build event.   "Words can't express how proud I am of our employees and how hard they worked on this fabulous project. When I think of the hours, time and commitment spent I couldn't be more impressed," said Allen Lund, CEO of Allen Lund Company. "I'm fortunate enough to be associated with some outstanding people. There is so much need in the world and so much to get done to give back and ALC employees stepped up. ALC thanks you for your time and effort well spent."
