ARTEMUS Transportation Solutions, a leader in the trade compliance industry, introduces its U.S. Customs Brokerage Services, which are offered to its clients at all U.S. ports of discharge. Founded by experienced shipping industry leaders, ARTEMUS' keen understanding of the future of the industry as well as the needs of its clients are the catalysts behind launching its Customs Broker Services. "Our industry expertise coupled with our new Customs Brokers Services is a combination you won't find anywhere else. We are, after all, a team of shipping experts, and our clients rely on us to not only offer unmatched industry knowledge and support, but also to provide tools they need to meet their business goals," said Steve Pniewski, President and CEO, ARTEMUS. "Although it was a rigorous process, securing a Customs Brokerage license not only demonstrates our commitment to providing superior, comprehensive client service, but it also further separates the brand from the pack."   Extending the scope of the ARTEMUS product portfolio, the Customs Brokers Services not only file the information to U.S. Customs, but also prepare customs entry form 3461 and entry summary form 7501 to ensure cargo is cleared in a timely manner. While preparing the customs entry, ARTEMUS can assist importers with the calculation of all fees due U.S. Customs, including duty and taxes. These duties, taxes, and fees can be paid by the importer directly to U.S. Customs or to ARTEMUS, which can then forward the payment to Customs for client. ARTEMUS can also provide importers with both single and continuous bonds as required by Customs. The following highlights a specific list of services: ARTEMUS can provide a single entry bonds and continuous bonds for its clients, all part of the one stop shop approach to Trade Compliance.
