MODE Global honored its most valued suppliers during their DELIVER23 Agent Conference, held February 23-26, 2023, in Grapevine, Texas, at The Gaylord Texan Resort.

Awards were given in multiple categories to recognize the invaluable contributions and time-tested relationships MODE has established with its carriers and agents.

The carrier awards were based on specific performance criteria such as commitment to service quality, technological capabilities, customer service excellence, volume and revenue growth with MODE, as well as partnership criteria such as collaboration, communication and competitive enablement. The 2022 winners include:

  • National Less-than-truckload (LTL) Carrier of the Year: XPO
  • Regional Less-than-truckload (LTL) Carrier of the Year: Southeastern Freight Lines
  • National Drayage Carrier of the Year: Redbird Carriers
  • Regional Drayage Carrier of the Year: JAS Trucking
  • Truckload Carrier of the Year: Loyal-T Transport LLC
  • Railroad Carrier of the Year: Union Pacific

“Our carriers are the lifeblood of our business,” said MODE COO, Normand Frigon. “These carriers represent the best of the best. We know they provide our customers with top-notch service and value across the board and represent our brand in the best way possible.”

Separate awards were presented to agents across both MODE’s business units, MODE Transportation and SUNTECKtts. Agents were awarded based on their overall business contributions and achievements for 2022.

“We are so excited to see the growth and expansion of these valuable partnerships,” said MODE CEO, Lance Malesh. “Given the complex business climate, we are so impressed with the tenacity of these agents and want to shine a light on their exceptional achievements.”

The supplier awards capped off a three-day conference, DELIVER23, which focused on providing insight into the business outlook for 2023 and introducing them to new developments at MODE including technology and product solutions. More than 100 agents were in attendance for the conference, which will take place again in 2026.
