Washington, D.C. - With deadlines quickly approaching for Congress to fund and authorize federal spending for transportation infrastructure, business leaders from around the country will brief senior Administration officials at two Business Forward programs on Thursday, May 14.  At a half-day meeting at the White House, more than 60 business leaders will discuss how transportation policies affect their businesses with senior Administration officials, including U.S. Secretary of the Treasury Jacob J. Lew.  Business Forward will also host a conference call with U.S. Secretary of Transportation Anthony Foxx. The conference call is open to press; please register at the link below. While the White House briefing itself is closed to press, participants are welcome to speak with media about the recommendations they provided and what they learned.
