Carlisle Leasing International, LLC announced that Joseph Kwok will join the company as Chief Executive Officer effective January 1, 2007. Hugh Fehrenbach, who has held the position of President for the last 10 years, will step down as of December 31, 2006 and continue to consult with the company on an exclusive basis.

Mr. Kwok spent more than twenty years at Neptune Orient Lines Ltd. ('NOL'), a global transportation company and parent of container carrier, APL. While at NOL, Mr. Kwok served as Chief Operating Officer, Chief Executive Officer of the Chartering and Enterprises Division and Chairman of Neptune Shipmanagement Services (Pte), Ltd., NOL's asset management arm. Mr. Kwok was formerly the President and Chief Executive Officer of American Eagle Tankers, Inc., a business that he led for 10 years which was sold to Malaysian International Shipping Corporation (MISC) in 2003.
