CenterPoint Properties announced that Harold Campbell has been appointed Property Manager for the company’s East Region as a part of the Operations department. Working closely with regional team members: David Nenner, Brian Townsend, Robert Harbour and Jed Degnan, Campbell will be responsible for the management of CenterPoint’s East Region portfolio, which is comprised of 21 industrial real estate facilities and 34 truck terminals, totaling 6.5 Million square feet. Campbell brings more than 20 years of experience in industrial real estate and construction management to CenterPoint. He currently serves as the BOMA New Jersey Vice President. Mr. Campbell’s experience includes positions with Colliers, Patrinely Group, CareMatrix and SJP Properties, among others. “We are thrilled to welcome Harold to the CenterPoint team, and have him manage our growing East Coast portfolio,” said CenterPoint Executive Vice President of Operations, Nate Rexroth. “Harold’s wealth of industrial real estate knowledge and strong interpersonal skills will be essential to developing our tenant relationships and enhancing each tenants experience along the eastern seaboard.” CenterPoint currently operates nearly 300 industrial properties and 80 truck terminals across the nation, offering customers numerous solutions to increase supply chain efficiencies and generate logistics-related savings.
