Following a period of strong growth, Envirotainer – the global leader in active temperature-controlled air transportation of pharmaceuticals – has announces that Simon Angeldorff succeeds CEO Gustaf Ljunggren. Simon Angeldorff is currently Chairman of the Board and will assume the position of Executive Chairman. With Envirotainer now entering a new and intensive growth phase, the Board of Directors has initiated a search for a new permanent CEO to strengthen executive leadership and facilitate this next important step in the company’s development. Until a permanent CEO is on-board, Simon Angeldorff will ensure operational continuity towards Envirotainer’s employees, partners and customers. Changes are effective as of today, November 6. Gustaf Ljunggren will take on new challenges outside the company and the Board of Directors would like to thank him for his efforts. Simon Angeldorff is a Partner with AAC Capital Partners. Since joining AAC in 2008, he has worked with the investments in Viking Redningstjeneste and Envirotainer. He also serves on the board of Loparex. Previously, he worked for SEB Enskilda and Goldman Sachs.
