The Teamsters Canada Rail Conference (TCRC) previously announced that it has voted to authorize a strike mandate as early as March 16, 2022. The TCRC represents approximately 3,000 of Canadian Pacific’s locomotive engineers and conductors. The parties continue to participate in the mediation process with the assistance of the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service (FMCS) with planned meetings taking place between March 11-16th.
