CMA CGM Emergency PCS to Banjul (Gambia)

Port congestion in Banjul, Gambia, is currently increasing our operational costs and generating service disruptions.

CMA CGM will therefore implement the following Emergency Port Congestion Surcharge (PCS):

Effective October 15th, 2017 (B/L date) until further notice:

  • From UK to Banjul: GBP 150 per 20’ and GBP 220 per 40’
  • From Europe & Mediterranean (including East Med, Black Sea and North Africa | excluding Turkey, Egypt, Lebanon and Russia Baltic) to Banjul: EUR 170 per 20’ and EUR 250 per 40’
  • From Russia Baltic, Turkey, Egypt and Lebanon to Banjul: USD 200 per 20’ and USD 300 per 40’
  • All cargo including dry, reefer, OOG and breakbulk
  • Prepaid surcharge, in addition to ocean freight

Effective October 22nd, 2017 (B/L date) until further notice:

  • From Asia to Banjul: USD 200 per 20’ and USD 300 per 40’
  • All cargo including dry, reefer, OOG and breakbulk
  • Prepaid surcharge, in addition to ocean freight
