Greek drybulk carrier Diana Shipping said it signed a 10-year loan agreement with the government owned Export-Import Bank of China for $82.6 million.

The money would be used partly to finance the purchase of two dry bulk carriers, the company said.

Diana Shipping expects to take delivery of the two dry bulk carriers, for a contract price of $59 million each, during the second and third quarters of 2012 respectively. (Reuters)
