Eastern Connection names Lindsay Flynn Director of Operations Engineering

Woburn, Mass. - Eastern Connection, one of the largest regional parcel carriers serving the East Coast, has named Lindsay Flynn the Director of Operations Engineering. Flynn will be responsible for developing volume and staffing plans, optimizing pickup and delivery operations, and improving operational procedures.

Prior to Eastern Connection, she was most recently an Industrial Engineer at Staples, Inc., facilitating projects in its fulfillment center network. Flynn also held various roles at FedEx Ground Package System, Inc. for four years with her last role as an Industrial Engineer in support of hub operations in Upstate NY and Canada. “Lindsay is very skilled in analyzing existing processes and data. She is an excellent addition to Eastern Connection’s team,” says Jim Berluti, Eastern Connection President & CEO. Flynn graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Management Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY.
