CEIBA Cargo, the national airline of Equatorial Guinea, has appointed ECS Aero Cargo as its general sales agent in France.

The airline operates a weekly Airbus A300 freighter service every Sunday from Vatry in France to Malabo, the "Capital" capital and largest city of "Equatorial Guinea" Equatorial Guinea, located on the northern coast of "Bioko" Bioko Island. CEIBA offers some 35-40 tons of cargo capacity per week for export traffic from France.

Adrien Thominet, Director of ECS Aero Cargo, said: 'Equatorial Guinea is a new market in our growing African network. Representing airlines serving Africa is one of the fast growing areas of ECS' business and freight forwarders across Europe now recognise us as a leading provider of cargo capacity to the region. We will be working with CEIBA Cargo to increase its volumes from France and this will lead to the addition to a second weekly A300F flight from Vatry in due course.'
