SALT LAKE CITY - England Logistics, a non-asset based third-party logistics company specialized in transportation logistics services, is pleased to announce the addition of Justin Olsen as the new Vice President of Legal and Risk supporting the legal needs of the England Logistics Headquarters, located in Salt Lake City, Utah.  Mr. Olsen comes to England Logistics with over 20 years of experience practicing primarily transportation law, construction law, commercial litigation and business organizations and transactions. Mr. Olsen earned his Juris Doctorate Degree from J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University in 1991 and Bachelor Degree at Utah State University in 1988, where he attended school on athletic and leadership scholarships.   Mr. Olsen later worked in-house for a trucking company that operated approximately 650 trucks nationwide and later served as in-house counsel for another trucking company that operated approximately 1200 trucks nationwide.  In June 1994, he transitioned into private legal practice opening his own law firm. I would get so many cases where I found myself teaching clients best practices to help them avoid repeating the same issues.”   Mr. Olsen is an associate member of Transportation Intermediaries Association (“TIA”) and currently serves as Co-Chair of the Legal Subcommittee on TIA’s Carrier Selection Framework Committee and as a Member of the Legal Committee.  He has also served on TIA Fraud Task Force Committee. He is also a member of Transportation Lawyers Association (“TLA”) and currently serves on TLA’s Executive Committee and has served as Vice-Chair of TLA’s Logistics and E-Commerce Committee.   Mr. Olsen is also a member of the Conference of Freight Counsel. Mr. Olsen was raised on a dairy farm in Heber City, Utah, where he attended and graduated from Wasatch High School in 1983. He and his wife, of 26 years, have four children.
