CHICAGO - FourKites, a leader in logistics visibility software for shippers and 3PLs, and Gold level member of Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN), has announced that its real-time load tracking platform is now available with Oracle Transportation Management Cloud (OTM) and Oracle Transportation Management version 6.3.0 of higher. FourKites is integrated with more than 45 ELD/trailer tracking providers powering the trucking industry. In addition to ELD integrations, FourKites has developed proprietary smartphone apps and ‘App-Less’ tracking technology using cell tower triangulation for trucks that have not yet installed an ELD.   FourKites tracks truck locations every 15 minutes, recalculates ETA using real-time location, traffic and weather data, and automates arrivals and departures using robust geo-fencing technologies. The solution allows OTM customers to send shipment data to FourKites and access tracking and exception management data generated by FourKites within OTM.
