Charleston, S.C. – Construction is now underway at Southeastern Freight Lines in Fredericksburg, Virginia, where Frampton Construction Company, LLC, a regional full-service construction firm providing planning and design support, preconstruction, and construction services, is working to deliver a significant addition to the existing 37-door truck terminal facility there. This addition, which includes a 40-door dock expansion, will more than double the size of the current facility and enable Southeastern Freight Lines to provide more efficient delivery methods. This is Frampton Construction’s fifth project for Southeastern Freight Lines, and on this project, they again will work with Robert Johnson Architects and Hoyt + Berenyi, LLC. Construction at the facility is expected to be complete by the first quarter of 2018. Josh Barwick, project manager for Southeastern Freight Lines, commented, “Communication on projects like these between all parties involved is key. Frampton Construction leaves no stone unturned. They maintain an open dialogue throughout every step of the process, and because of this they have become a very trusting ally. We are excited to move forward with them in the future.
