Effective October 1, 2017 Hapag-Lloyd will implement a Manual Booking Fee (MBF) for booking requests received manually (via mail, fax, e-mail, telephone, etc.) as follows:
*No Manual Booking Fee will be charged when using below mentioned options for e-Booking.
For e-Bookings Hapag-Lloyd offers three channels:
- Directly via our Hapag-Lloyd Web Booking
- Bilateral EDI connection between systems
- Integration with portals (INTTRA / GT Nexus / Dakosy / Cargosmart)
