This catastrophic weather event constitutes an Act of God and/or force majeure situation, which by nature is beyond our control, and has forced Hapag-Lloyd and our partner lines to select alternative routing for cargo for the vessels affected.
Office Status:
Due to Hurricane Irma’s trajectory towards the state of Georgia and the city of Atlanta, the Governor of Georgia has declared a state of emergency for all counties and schools. As a result of these conditions both of our Atlanta offices, Kennesaw and the BSC will be closed for Monday, September 11, 2017. All call center calls will be re-routed to other Hapag-Lloyd offices. Miramar office remains closed today.
