Inchcape Shipping Services (ISS), the world's leading maritime services provider, has appointed Tim Cahill to a new role as Vice President Bulk Commodity Business Development, to target future growth in cargo services.

Reporting directly to Claus Hyldager, Chief Executive Officer, Tim Cahill will develop ISS' strategy and delivery of cargo solutions, enhance port agency sales in the bulk sector and identify additional business opportunities. He will be based in Florida, North America.

Tim comes to the role with over thirty years' experience in business development, operating at a global level in the bulk commodity sector and marine industries. He has extensive knowledge of commodity origination, transportation management and quality control and has recently worked closely with coal and cement companies to evaluate supply chain and export/import alternative multimodal transportation strategies.

He was the founder and former CEO of Coal Export Services International (CESI), now a subsidiary of ISS, which offers a wide range of consulting and field services to coal and petroleum coke producers across the globe.
